Cindy Brenneke is the owner of IronWorks Fitness, a personal trainer and class instructor, with a Bachelor of Science in education. She has written two Health and Fitness books, produced workout videos, and has a workout program featured on STLTV10. She was also the winner of the 2007 Gateway Naturals Figure Competition.     Additional $5 to $10 per session,
    depending upon travel distance.
