Andrew Francis Andrew has been coaching and training athletes both as a team
and individually for more than 15 years. Andrew got his education while playing varsity basketball for Lehigh University.
After graduating he coached at the high school level as well as for AAU girls’ and boys’ basketball teams. Andrew
is currently a level 5 certified personal trainer, as well as a certified spinning, group exercise, kickboxing and yoga instructor.
He also has his certification in nutrition. Andrew is an authorized instructor through the Red Cross and the American Heart
