b.l.a.s.t. an incredible full body, fat burning, muscle building class that creates a beautiful, lean, ageless, strong, toned body with the use of dumbbells. this class is great for beginners as well as those who have been working out for years!  low impact //all fitness levels
 
bootcamp this workout will help you tone muscles and lose weight while improving your mental and emotional well-being! Bootcamp is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and see downtown Saint Louis like never before. The 6am bootcamp incorporates running, however the noon bootcamp does not.
 
buns & abs an aerobic and muscular endurance workout designed to help you build a six-pack and great looking derriere!  
high/low impact //moderate + fitness levels 
 
cardio kickboxing a high intensity workout that burns fat, builds strength and increases balance, a great challenge for the body!  
 high impact //moderate +levels
 
core a great combination of yoga and pilates to strengthen your core. low impact//all fitness levels  
 
step & muscle an intense work out using a step and light hand weights for upper body toning.  •  high/low impact //moderate + fitness levels
 
zumba  get ready to join the party! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat..  •  high/low impact //moderate + fitness levels

Bootcamps!
Indoor Boot camp takes place at Ironworks fitness.

This class utilizes your own body weight, balls, bands, weights, steps and many of the PX90 techniques for a full body workout. The instructor has been teaching this class for 20 years yet each class is different and progressive and caters from beginning to advanced. Classes begin February 1st.

Class times:
Tuesday: 6pm to 7pm
Thursday: 6pm to 7pm
Saturday: 11:00am to Noon
Sunday:    10:00-1100am and 11:00am to Noon.

Pricing:
8 sessions = 40.00
12 sessions = 55.00
16 sessions = 70.00

Try our Weekly BOOTCAMP
FREE with membership!
  If you are looking for a workout that will change your life,  join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am or noon.

Our workout begins with stretching at Ironworks Fitness...then out into the city we go. Though there is running  involved there are frequent stops. At these stops we do everything from squats, pushups and dips to walking lunges and high stepping. Whatever it takes to get your heart pumping and push your metabolism into high gear.
BootCamp is more than a workout. Bootcamp changes you inside out, for a complete physical, mental and emotional makeover.
 
Why Bootcamp?
Bootcamp workouts help you tone muscles and lose weight while improving your mental and emotional well-being! They are a great way to enjoy the outdoors and see downtown Saint Louis like never before.
 
Bad Weather?
If the weather is too bad to go out, we will workout on the stairs in the building....climbing the 42 flights a few times!
